This 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible was purchased in 2010 and went through a complete restoration that was finished in 2020. Restoration involved replacement of body panels including cowl and floors, repainting, new interior, new top, all new wiring, new suspension, rebuilt engine and drivetrain. All areas of rust were repaired and the doors, floor, valances, headlight housings, grill, bumpers, and exterior lights were replaced. The car is equipped with 16" American Racing wheels, power front disc brakes, Borgeson power steering, and electronic ignition system. The interior is black and white vinyl with front bench seal, GT style gauges, and wood rimmed steering wheel. Engine was rebuilt and bored 0030" over with new pistons, camshaft, bearings and gaskets, and rebuilt cylinder heads.
